SULEIMAN | AMAIDAS | REZAI, PLLC

Privacy Policy

Effective October 3, 2026

This policy explains how Suleiman | Amaidas | Rezai, PLLC (SAR Counsel) uses information provided through our website, inquiries, and client-care text messaging.

Information you provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, and the contents of your inquiry. If you choose to receive text messages, your mobile number and the record of your consent may be used to administer the messaging program. Please keep an initial inquiry general and avoid sending confidential documents or sensitive case details until our team explains how to proceed.

How information is used

We use information to respond to requests, arrange appointments, communicate about services, and maintain relevant communication and consent records. Client-care messages may concern intake follow-ups, appointments, document reminders, and case updates. Opting in to text messages is voluntary.

Mobile information and SMS consent

We do not share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties, except messaging aggregators and service providers involved in delivering the text-message service. Other information sharing described in this policy does not include permission to share SMS opt-in data for marketing.

Service providers and required disclosures

Website hosting, email, and messaging providers may process information as needed to operate the services. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law. These uses do not authorize sharing your mobile information or SMS consent for third-party marketing.

Website services and external links

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs. The website uses Google Fonts, and the interactive office map requests tiles from OpenStreetMap. Those services may receive technical information when their content loads. Our inquiry form sends your information and SMS preference through the firm’s WordPress contact service hosted at lascolinaslaw.com to info@sarcounsel.com. Directions and social links open external services, whose own privacy practices apply.

Your communication choices

For client-care texts, reply STOP to the number that sent the message to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact info@sarcounsel.com or 469-242-2922. You may ask us to correct contact details or discuss a privacy concern through the same contacts. Declining text messages does not prevent you from contacting the firm by phone or email.

Security and retention

Email and ordinary SMS are not appropriate channels for confidential documents or detailed sensitive facts. Ask the firm about a suitable method before sending those materials. Information is retained as needed for communications, services, recordkeeping, and applicable obligations.
