SULEIMAN | AMAIDAS | REZAI, PLLC
Terms of Service
Effective October 3, 2026
These Terms of Service cover the website and the client-care text messaging program of Suleiman | Amaidas | Rezai, PLLC (SAR Counsel).
Client-care messaging
With your consent, our firm may send text messages about intake follow-ups, appointment scheduling and reminders, requested documents, and updates concerning your matter. This program is for client care, not promotional marketing.
Optional consent
Providing a mobile number alone does not authorize SMS messaging. You must separately opt in. Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of requesting or receiving legal services. Please provide a number you are authorized to use.
Rates and frequency
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your inquiry, appointments, and matter. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan or charges.
Stopping text messages
Reply STOP to the number that sent you a message to withdraw SMS consent. You may receive one message confirming the opt-out. After that, the program will stop sending you texts unless you opt in again. You may also contact our office to ask for help with your communication preferences.
Help and support
Reply HELP for assistance, email info@sarcounsel.com, or call 469-242-2922. Our office is at 6565 N MacArthur Blvd., Suite 140, Irving, TX 75039.
Delivery and urgent matters
Carriers are not liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered. Text messages are not an emergency service. For an urgent deadline or time-sensitive concern, contact the office directly rather than relying on a text message.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use contact information and protect SMS opt-in data from sharing for third-party marketing. Do not text confidential documents or detailed sensitive information unless the firm has explained an appropriate method.
Website information and representation
Website material provides general information and is not legal advice. Viewing the website, sending an inquiry, or opting in to texts does not create an attorney–client relationship. Representation begins only when the firm agrees to represent you. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
